You Do Have Time To Work Out—9 Trainers Can Prove It

Trainer: Amber Anderson of The Fitness Representative Personal Training

Tip: Similar to that scary assignment sitting on your desk at work, Anderson encourages you to start small so you don't get overwhelmed. "Think of your workouts differently," she says."If regular workouts seem like this big, daunting goal, break them up into small pieces throughout your week and build up over time. Start with one to two times a week for a few week. Then, gradually build up to three to four times a week. Think of fitness not as something you 'have' to do, but something you 'get' to do — a reward to yourself for all of the things that you do for others at work or at home."

Takeaway: Working out is all about you. It's one of the few times in life that you can be totally selfish — and look and feel good as a result.
