If this poster is any indication, the new flick Oz: The Great And Powerful is going to be a pretty badass update of one of our favorite movies of all time. While we love the sweet tale of Dorothy and her dog and her slippers (who among us didn't dress up in blue gingham and pigtails at least once during her childhood?), we're psyched for this new, pre-Dorothy version of the story, starring Rachel Weisz as a surprisingly terrifying Wicked Witch (alongside a majorly awesome cast including Michelle Williams, Mila Kunis and — sigh — the gorgeous James Franco).
While the movie sadly isn't debuting until March (spring, why are you so far away?), OPI is getting our anticipation going even more with its new Oz-inspired nail collection. With seven hues ranging from super-spangly, Emerald-City-worthy hues to a "liquid sand" shade (aka matte glitter), we can't wait to get our hands on these magical hues. We may be grown-ups now, but we'll never be too old for a little bit of Glinda-style glitz on our nails. (SheFinds)
