Okay, so here’s the thing: London is magnificent, but sometimes – just sometimes — we forget why exactly that is. After all, the capital's awesomeness feels a little hazy when you’re being pushed into someone’s armpit during rush hour on the Central Line, or negotiating night buses from Brixton to Dalston at 3 a.m. Or maybe, you’ve made the heinous decision to go shopping on Oxford Street on December 24. Yikes.

London is certainly not for the faint of heart, but it is one of the most creative, eccentric and mind-blowing places on earth.
