Fashion Week is as good of a time as any to go all out, no-holds-barred, with one's outfits. But, because we never want to look like we're trying, we were instantly drawn to the sophisticated-sweet, subtly sexy, and polished-yet-edgy Carven spring '13 collection.

A solid winner at the start of Paris Fashion Week, Thursday's presentation welcomed a sea of oversized collars over cropped sweaters, streamlined outerwear, and the most strategic bean-shaped cutouts that make peekaboo more interesting than ever.
