"Minimalist with a nipped waist."

What three pieces in your closet get the biggest workout?
"My James Perse white T-shirt dress, Dieppa Restrepo brogues, and Steven Alan wool blazer."

Is it a challenge to dress in Sephora’s black-white-and-red dress code?
"Not really, since I’m a major black wearer — I’m from New York! The red doesn’t make many appearances in my wardrobe, though."

What were you doing before you got your job at Sephora?
"I was an editor at luxury-books publisher Assouline."
