How would you describe your personal style?
"I don’t really have just one. I like to mix and match a lot. I wear simple, comfortable clothing, but it's still chic and fun."

What three pieces in your closet get the biggest workout?
"I love my cashmere sweater from Inhabit — it’s lightweight and a must-have in San Francisco. Also my Carven black-jersey dress, which is so comfy but still shape- hugging. And my Jil Sander white oxfords. I can wear them with everything."

Is it a challenge to dress in Sephora’s black-white-and-red dress code?
"I love wearing black — who doesn’t? It’s not a challenge, it actually makes my life easier."

What pieces do you find yourself constantly wearing at work?
"I wear my Carven braided wedge oxfords almost every day. They add height, but still let me run around town."

What were you doing before you got your job at Sephora?
"I was working at a boutique advertising agency called Chandelier in New York. This job is not so different, but I was working on more fashion and luxury lifestyle accounts. Other than that, it’s the same: We pitched, we developed concepts, and we provided a 360 approach for clients."
