To complete Prabal Gurung's haunted-house theme, Sally Hansen nail pro Tracylee crafted an eerie, blood-dipped mani by painting a scarlet polish on the ends of nails and then using a topcoat to thin the color and blend for a dripping effect. Halloween nail art, anyone?
