To say that downtown is having a heyday is probably the L.A. understatement of the year. The once (post 6 p.m.) ghost town that is East-of-Fig has become a hustling and bustling stretch of who's who in shopping, eating, and arting (USC kids never had it so good!). With hot spots popping up overnight, we don't blame you for having a hard time keeping up — it's rough for us, too.
That's why we spent an entire weekend in this concrete jungle of fun to find out what's new, hip, and even still underground, from the Arts District to Little Tokyo.
