Philippe’s Shanghai Philippe
Ingredients:
1 ounce Stoli Strawberry
0.5 ounce Elderflower syrup
3 strawberries
2 ounce Champagne

Directions:
Muddle strawberries in mixing glass.
Pour Stoli Strawberry and Elderflower syrup into mixing glass.
Shake mix.
Pour half of mix into a glass and fill the rest with Champagne.
