teal eyeliner to create a thick line that slightly wings out. Take a shadow brush and draw
over the line with teal shadow to intensify the shade, then apply two coats of volumizing
mascara on the top and bottom lashes. Finish it off with a swipe of creamy berry
lipstick on your pout.
