Who she is: Veronica
Where we spotted her: On Huron Street on the Gold Coast.
Why we love her: We were sort of ready to whip out our fall jackets and send summer packing, but all of a sudden, it showed up again. Veronica isn't upset about this one bit, and she's hitting up one of Chicago's prime shopping neighborhoods in a weather-friendly one-piece. Major bonus points for her bright lip color that reminds us that summer ain't over 'til it's over.
