The global shopping event Fashion's Night Out is a little over a week away. So, what does S.F. have in store? Based on recent intel, it looks like the bulk of the parties will be centered around the Union Square area and will kick off at 5 p.m. on Thursday, September 8. Some of the most interesting events—including free stuff at Marc Jacobs and a hilarious Real Housewives of New York cast-member appearance—are spelled out below. Macy’s
This multi-floor event will include a toaster-oven cooking demo by Sonja Morgan from The Real Housewives of New York City (!!!), Cirque du Soleil characters running about in full costume, a styling session hosted by lovely local blogger Blair Eadie from Atlantic-Pacific, and more.

Marc Jacobs
M.J.'s Maiden Lane shop will be giving away tote bags and fragrance samples all evening long.
