Some job advice for anyone applying for a new job: Don't send a naked selfie to a possible employer. And definitely don't do it twice.

This would have been very helpful advice to a 23-year-old man from Chicago who did just that. According to the Chicago Tribune, the man was offered a job at a company, but instead of just saying yes, he accidentally sent the human resources manager two naked photos of himself.

In a police report, the HR manager said a man sent her two nude photographs of himself via text message between August 11 and 13 while she was at home. The man was eventually identified as the nude texter after his number popped up on the company's caller ID. He was reportedly calling to follow up about the job.

"My understanding is they've rescinded the offer of employment," Elmhurst Police Chief Michael Ruth told the paper.

The man has since told the police it was a misunderstanding and that he was trying to send the photos to someone else.

The HR manager is not pressing charges against the man, but Ruth did tell the Tribune that cases of accidental sexting are more common than we'd like to think.

"We're seeing it much more often now with our young people sending inappropriate photos of themselves," Ruth explained. "They're sharing it with someone else and the next thing you know, it takes on a life of its own."
