Miley Cyrus Was A Total Flirt As A Toddler & We Have Proof

Miley Cyrus has come a long way from the Disney channel. But, it turns out that even as a toddler she was pretty sassy. During a 1994 appearance alongside her singer dad, Billy Ray Cyrus, on Music City Tonight, itty bitty Miley was already stealing the stage.  At two-years-old, the "Wrecking Ball" singer sat in the co-host's lap, and sucked on her fingers. At one point, Billy Ray said, "Miley, look in the camera. Do your eyes one time for ‘em. Do your eyes." Then the tot springs into action with a perfect eye roll — pretty impressive for someone who is still working on basic motor skills.  "Very talented child. She learned that from her dad," the "Achy Breaky Heart" singer said.  The female co-host jokes that Billy Ray has embarked on a dangerous path with his little girl. "You're teaching her to flirt at a very early age. You're going to be in big trouble when she's about 12, 13." Turns out, she was right on the money with that comment.
