Sofia Vergara’s Ex Is Now Accusing Her Of Abuse

Sofia Vergara's ex-fiance Nick Loeb is not going away quietly. The Modern Family stars former boyfriend, who is suing her over the future of two embryos the couple created and cryopreserved when they were together back in 2013, is now accusing Vergara of bullying and abusing him during their four-year relationship, according to court documents Radar Online reports.. Claiming that Vergara “routinely bullied him, calling him a 'loser,’ ‘worthless,’ and other degrading names” in the documents, filed in August of 2014, Loeb insists the actress "began vigorously berating" him when he asked her about signing a document stipulating the embryos be thawed should one of the couple die.  The documents go on to say that "such abuse was unfortunately common in the Parties’ relationship." Loeb claims he was physically abused him on four separate occasions, punched in the face, kicked, and in one instance, that Vergara threw her cell phone at his head.  Sigh. As Vergara herself said on The Howard Stern Show, "A child needs a loving relationship of parents who get along. Who don’t hate each other." Move on, Loeb.
