Karlie Kloss Wears Literally Every Garment At Once

It's a dress! It's a jumpsuit! It's a romper! It's...all of the above? Yep.

Karlie Kloss took a break from her studies to attend yesterday's Cannes Film Festival opening ceremony in this jumpsuit/romper/dress by Atelier Versace, and it's pretty much the coolest thing we've seen hit the red carpet in a long time.

The look is comprised of five parts. If you tilt your head and squint your eyes just right, you'll spy a halter top, a bandeau, a wrap dress, a one-legged pant, and a short-short — all in one. Together, the pieces make this the dress equivalent of an entire capsule collection. It's one of those designs that would make zero sense if someone described it to you — this one's firmly in "gotta see it to believe it" territory.

It's also quite a departure from Kloss' usual off-duty looks, where she favors a simple slip dress or the latest in business casual. There is, however, an element that's quintessential Karlie — that halter neckline. In addition to her height, Kloss is known for her athletic physique and this dress definitely shows off her broad shoulders and killer collarbones to a T.

Now, the only problem is we still don't know what to call this. Somehow, the haltomperdress doesn't quite do this look justice...
