Is Kanye Naming His New Album After Kim’s Naked Body?

Earlier this spring, Kanye announced that his new album will be titled So Help Me God. Apparently, the rapper has changed his mind, as he is wont to do.  On Sunday he sent a new tweet into the universe that said he was changing the record’s name to SWISH. He also sent a second tweet reserving the right to switch things up again. We say: It’s your music, Yeezy. You do you. So what does “swish” mean in the context of Kanye Land? We definitely have some ideas — chief among them that it has something to do with naked pics of Kim Kardashian the “Wolves” artist tweeted along with the word several times in March. It doesn't seem like a coincidence that "swish" is the sound of scoring a perfect shot in basketball. It’s very West-like to take that onomatopoeia and apply it to capturing a racy photo of his wife.  Then again, swish could also be a more general he-shoots-he-scores reference. The musician is doing well these days, after all. His collaboration with adidas will hit stores this fall, he’s flying to Fiji for home textiles to decorate his pad with Kardashian, his kid is really, really cute — and he hasn’t put his foot in his mouth with any lasting impact lately. #Winning.
