You Need To See This Dress From EVERY Angle

Confession: We have a daily habit of scrolling through the most recent celebrity outfits from the red carpet. Sure, it’s part of the job, but it’s also one of our favorite spots to pick up inspiration and play our own internal game of Fashion Police (without the controversy). But, as much as we enjoy clicking through, a single 2-D photo just can't do justice to most outfits. And, in some special cases, they need a three-way mirror and lots of twirling space to truly take it all in. Case in point: Rosario Dawson’s Roksanda Ilincic number from Marvel's Daredevil premiere this week.
While the British designer is already a favorite of ours for her colorful, artful, yet minimal designs, this ensemble wins us over because it looks completely different at every angle. And, not like the difference between a fit-and-flare from the front and from the side. We mean that one side of this look appears to be a two-tone, body-con dress, while the other reveals a vertical statement cape, as if out of nowhere.
The angles are so different, it's almost three dresses in one — a concept that could mean one, big, illogical mess. But, thanks to Ilincic, it’s the farthest thing from it. Click on to see how the designer pulled it off.
