Paul Walker’s Brother Wants To Follow In His Footsteps

After Paul Walker died in a car accident in 2013, his two younger brothers stepped in to his role in Furious 7, which Walker was filming at the time of his death. Using various CGI techniques, Caleb and Cody Walker were able to complete Paul's part. His youngest brother Cody had never acted prior to filling in for Paul, but The Hollywood Reporter is reporting that he plans to pursue a career in film and television. Per THR, Cody is working with Paul's manager and "taking meetings with Hollywood talent agencies." It remains unclear, however, if the Fast & Furious franchise would extend a role to him should it continue. At the film's premiere last night, Cody told E! that he and Caleb were most focused on preserving Paul's legacy.  "I want this film to be the best one yet — and the most memorable. A lot of people are going to remember Paul by this movie, and I want it to be worthy," Cody said. In addition to following in his late brother's career footsteps, Cody Walker has also stepped in to continue Paul's philanthropic work. He's now the brand manager of Reach Out Worldwide, Paul Walker's foundation that helps emergency responders reach disaster-stricken areas. (THR)
