Sorry, everyone, but the world won't be getting another Bennifer.
Though they're filming their fourth movie (Joy) together, and have played lovers in Silver Linings Playbook and Serena, Jennifer Lawrence and Bradley Cooper aren't taking their chemistry off-screen. We can't decide if this is a really good thing or a total waste.
When asked about the secret to the duo's pairing this weekend, Lawrence had an easy answer. "No sex," she told reporters gathered for a New York City screening of Serena.
Not that the frequent costars don't have some strong mutual appreciation happening. It just happens to be of the platonic variety.
"He's the best, and I love working with him," the Oscar-winning actress said of Cooper, People reports.
"I respect her so much as a professional, as an actor, and I think she's the best there is," Cooper added. "I just learn from her. You always want to work with people that are better than you."
