Kanye West Publicly Apologizes To Beck

The dust from Kanye West's post-Grammys rant about artistry and awards is finally beginning to settle. The rapper took to Twitter yesterday evening to make amends with Beck. "I would like to publicly apologize to Beck," West said. "I’m sorry, Beck."  West, if you recall, rushed the stage when it was announced that Beck had won the Grammy for Album of the Year, beating out Beyoncé's industry changing December 2013 release. It was a nod to his 2009 VMAs stunt when he took the mic from Taylor Swift after her video beat out Bey's for Video of the Year. West didn't announce the Beyoncé had the best album of the year during the actual Grammys ceremony, but did tell E!: "Beck needs to respect artistry and he should have given his award to Beyoncé."  Yeezy also apologized to Bruno Mars yesterday. He admitted he used to "hate on him" but now "respects his artistry." He even went as far as to ask Mars to sing on a track he's working on with 88-Keys and Puff Daddy. Talk about a mea culpa.
