It's been more than three weeks since Bobbi Kristina, 21, was found unresponsive in a bathtub in her Atlanta home. Since that time, rumors about her condition, her family, and her relationships have been rampant in the media. Perhaps the most confusing aspect of the story centers on Nick Gordon, who Bobbi Kristina often referred to as her husband, although they are not married.
On Saturday, February 21, Gordon sent a tweet begging for the Brown and Houston families to let him visit Bobbi in the hospital, where she remains in a medically induced coma.

— Nick Gordon (@nickdgordon) February 21, 2015On Sunday, Bobby Brown released a statement via his lawyer explaining the reasons the family has not allowed Nick see Bobbi.
According to the statement published in US Weekly, Christopher Brown of Brown & Rosen LLC said that Nick has failed to provide details explaining the events that led up to Bobbi Kristina being discovered in the bathtub on January 31.
"Mr. Gordon has every right to remain silent and not share his version of the events with Bobby Brown. We are only concerned with individuals that can help Bobbi Kristina and bring resolution to this investigation. Obviously Mr. Gordon is not as desperate to visit Bobbi Kristina as he wants the world to believe. At least not desperate enough to inform Bobby Brown, in writing, what happened to Bobbi Kristina."
The statement concluded with the family reiterating their plea for privacy and showing gratitude toward their fans: "We thank everyone that supports Bobbi Kristina, and God is hearing our prayers."
The Atlanta police launched a criminal investigation into the incident on February 7.
