Why Does No One Want To Collaborate With Kelly Clarkson?

Kelly Clarkson's 2013 Cautionary Christmas Music Tale special was supposed to be a work of fiction. Now, however, it appears as though no one wants to collaborate with her — just like the folks in the plot of her holiday show.  "I honestly would collaborate with a lot of people, but everyone usually says no," Clarkson told BBC Radio 1's Nick Grimshaw earlier today. "I ask good people," she continued. "I don't want to sing with crap people. So, I mean, I ask people who are great vocalists, but I'm not going to point out anyone." Clarkson is currently set to release a new album, Piece By Piece, later this month. She admitted to Grimshaw that John Legend was one of the only artists willing to hop on a track with her. "I can get country artists to sing with me and John Legend! I'm gonna keep John Legend. He's super credible and talented." Not to mention well-spoken.  "Sometimes I feel like I have the plague, or leprosy," she added in regards to the rejection. Why anyone wouldn't want to sing with the original American Idol is beyond us, because John Legend's about to have another hot single on his hands. It's those unmentionable people's losses, really.
