In true lovey-dovey 20-something form, the couple spent their first Valentine's Day in full-on romantic bliss. Miley was gifted with a cluster of balloons. Long-stemmed red roses were exchanged. Patrick dubbed himself the "luckiest guy in the world." And, because he owns a pizza parlor, we're almost positive that a heart-shaped pizza pie was involved in there somewhere. C'mon, you can't date Miley Cyrus and not know that girl loves a good pepperoni pie.
