We approach our weekend-shopping outfits with the same precise thought and consideration as our night-out ensembles. We need something that's put-together, not sloppy — but also comfortable. Emma Roberts is the same way. In preparation for her 24th birthday in a few weeks, the American Horror Story star hit the streets of West Hollywood yesterday, wearing the perfect ensemble in which to (we're just guessing here) shop for the perfect birthday-party outfit.

Roberts opted for a black tee with zippered details, classic skinny jeans, and cool, buckled booties. A hands-free Gucci crossbody accented the getup even more. The best part? This look is incredibly easy to cop for your trip to the mall this weekend. (You may just need to layer it under a parka if you live in the Northeast, like us.)
