Cat Escapes Grave 5 Days After Being Pronounced Dead

Earlier this month, Bart the cat was struck by a car. He was pronounced dead not long after the incident. He was then buried. Five days later, Bart was found moseying around a neighbor's door, looking for some food. Talk about a will to live! Somewhere between being put beneath the ground and resurrection, Bart saw the light at the end of the tunnel and was like, "Nah. Imma go live my eight other lives."  The Humane Society of Tampa reports that Bart has a broken jaw and will lose an eye. He is, however, expected to make a full recovery. Unfortunately for Hollywood, there's no opportunity to base its latest blockbuster on this true event. Hocus Pocus told a similar story way back in '93. (People)
