John Oliver’s Fifty Shades Of Grey Audition Will Make Your Day

He's British. He's powerful. He's usually wears a suit. If you really think about it, John Oliver's got a lot of potential to play Christian Grey. Hear him out, guys. The Last Week Tonight host made a last-minute bid to usurp Jamie Dornan as the "epitome of male beauty" in the Fifty Shades of Grey film. Never mind that it's a film that Oliver confessed has "already been made, based on a book I've never read." Even the sequel will do.  Comparing the film trailer's sex scenes to tossing a carrot into a brown paper bag, the bespectacled Brit told Dornan that he made a "powerful enemy." Why cast a standard dreamboat when Oliver is there to tell Anastasia to let her hair down and stop wearing paint-splattered overalls? No, wait. That's She's All That.  Oliver can talk the talk, but can he walk the walk? More importantly, how does he feel about full-frontal nudity? Even more importantly, how do we feel about the prospect of John Oliver's full-frontal nudity? Gotta think about this one.
