McDonald’s In Hot Water Again — Recalls Chicken McNuggets

McDonald's just can't catch a break. Mysterious objects keep showing up in its tasty, golden McNuggets. Last weekend, the chain pulled one million of the mini bites from a factory in Thailand after a customer in Japan complained about biting into plastic shards. Then, another customer in Misawa, Japan, found vinyl in their tenders on Monday. The incidents have not been confirmed to be related, and McNuggets from other factories are still available throughout Japan.
And, the two incidents aren't the only controversies of late. The brand pulled Hello Kitty whistles from Happy Meals in November when there were two reports of children choking on the toys. The lesson here: Perhaps order a Big Mac for the time being.
