Here's an important lesson: Never, ever let your significant other watch you work out, particularly if he or she happens to be a hugely popular talk show host famed for pulling pranks and posting funny videos online. Unfortunately, Portia de Rossi learned this one the hard way.
The Arrested Development star decided to partake in some old-school sweating by popping in a retro Jane Fonda workout video. Alas, she opted to wear sweats and not an '80s-tastic high-cut leotard with matching headband and legwarmers. She then pushed play and let the limbs flail and the kicks explode.
We know all this because her wife, Ellen DeGeneres, secretly filmed the workout and posted it on Facebook. That was very, very naughty, Ellen.

Portia, please don't let this ever stop you from getting your Jane Fonda on, because that is awesome. Just lock the door next time, and then enact revenge the next time Ellen puts on Sweatin' to the Oldies. She's got it coming.
