Malia & Sasha Obama Are Reading These YA Novels

Lest certain GOP staffers forget, First Daughters Malia and Sasha Obama are fundamentally no different than your average teens. They like One Direction, they go to school dances, and, yes, they're partial to some young adult fiction now and then.
Of course, we could be wrong. Maybe the YA novels the Obamas picked up yesterday at D.C. bookstore Politics & Prose are for Barack and the heavy-hitting tomes on health issues and Chinese culture are for the girls. Either way, the President and his kids purchased 17 books at the independent bookstore in support of Small Business Saturday.
Of course, everyone's dying to know what the First Family is reading. Vox has the full list here — including Heart of Darkness and a few children's books — but we're especially interested in which YA books the girls have picked up.
