Kendall Jenner Lands A Major Fashion Campaign

News of Kendall Jenner’s latest gig, as the face of Estée Lauder, might still be fresh on everyone’s mind, but surprise! The model has yet another announcement up her sleeve. And, this one is major. Grazia reports that Jenner will be appearing in Karl Lagerfeld's spring '15 ads, alongside Sasha Luss, Ming Xi, and Baptiste Giabiconi.
This marks an epic career move for the 19-year-old in a whirlwind year, and it’s one that officially skyrockets her into Lagerfeld-muse territory. Judging from the success of other Kaiser favorites, like Giabiconi (whom he has championed for more than five years) or his more recent obsession, Cara Delevingne, having Lagerfeld on your team is always a good thing.
Jenner has already walked in three of Lagerfeld’s Chanel runway shows during Paris Fashion Week. But, perhaps most notably, the designer handpicked her for his forthcoming Métiers d’Art collection show in Salzburg, Austria on December 2 — which explains her absence at Victoria’s Secret. Lagerfeld has a reputation for using his favorite models across many of his brands, like Delevingne, who's posed for both Fendi and Chanel. So, don't be surprised if Jenner pops up in a Chanel campaign down the line (hint, hint). (Grazia)
