It may not have been false modesty that caused the Oscar winner to brand herself a "tone-deaf Amy Winehouse" on last night's Late Show With David Letterman. Unfortunately for her (and maybe our ears), she had to suck it up and sing for a scene in The Hunger Games: Mockingjay - Part 1. She cried, she begged, she suggested having Lorde dub her voice. But, no. That's her voice you'll be hearing.
If the Christmas carol she croaked with Letterman is anything to go by, it may be best to keep your expectations low. The girl is about as good at singing as she is at walking in heels. Or, maybe this is just some clever trick to dupe us into thinking she's terrible so her performance in the film seems amazing by comparison. We're onto you, Katniss.
