You can stop trying to cast spells to conjure up a sequel to 1993 Halloween hit Hocus Pocus. According to her Reddit AMA, Bette Midler says she and her witchy costars Sarah Jessica Parker and Kathy Najimy are totally down. Ladies, grab your brooms, mops, whatever.
"You have to go to send in your cards to the Walt Disney Company," Midler told fans during the AMA. "The ball's in their court...Inundate the Disney Company, because I have canvassed the girls and they are wiling to do it, but we have no say in it, so if you want a Hocus Pocus 2, ask the Walt Disney Company."

Consider it done. This summer, reports said Tina Fey would be working on a sequel, which would focus on a housewife related to the Sanderson sisters. Raise your hand if you can accept a Hocus Pocus sequel without Winifred, Sarah, and Mary. Yep, us neither.
Okay, so technically, the Sanderson sisters died at the end of the film, but this is a story about witches and magic. If Thackery Binx can be turned into a talking cat, surely anything is possible? Get on it, Disney.
