Urban Decay is pulling out all the stops this holiday season. Just weeks after announcing Naked Vault, a magical gift set of all things neutral, it's releasing another, newer Naked product. Say hello to Naked on the Run (great, now "Man on the Run" is stuck in our heads), which the eagle eyes at the blog Lip Drama spotted in the Sephora holiday catalog earlier this month.
The palette contains mini versions of all your UD favorites: five eyeshadows — Dive, a metallic rose; Fix, a matte taupe; Resist, a metallic neutral; Dare, a matte brown; and Stun, a gilded bronze. For base products, Naked on the Run contains a medium-hued bronzer, a bright pink blush, and a highlighter, dubbed 5050. Also tucked inside the palette are a Perversion mascara, a 24/7 Glide-On Eye Pencil in Stag (a deep brown), and a Naked Lipgloss in Sesso (a rosy pink).

And, while it may seem like it's been raining Naked palettes as of late — what with Naked 3, Naked2 Basics, Naked Vault, and now, Naked on the Run — it makes sense from the brand's perspective. We talk about cult classics a lot, but no makeup product has incited the kind of frenzy and devotion Naked and its plentiful offspring have.
Now, for the diehard Naked girl — like those on Sephora's community forum currently arguing about the palette's merits — Naked on the Run may not hold a lot of appeal. These are the kinds of fans who already own all of the Nakeds, and have broken out the pans to create their own custom to-go palettes so they will never be without Naked in their lives.
But, for the casual fan — or someone who's been curious what all the fuss is about — we think this could be a great gift. Our one complaint: Because it has complexion products included, it sadly won't work for all skin tones. It would be great if it came in a few different shades to cater to a wider diversity of potential fans.
That said, the price is definitely right. For those of you who balked at Naked Vault's hefty price tag, Naked on the Go should suit you much better. The whole kit and caboodle retails for $54, and will be available at Sephora on December 1. It is limited-edition, though, so you'll want to snap it up while you can. You hear that? That's the sound of millions of Naked girls marking their calendars.

Be sure to tune in later this month, when we give you an exclusive first look inside the new Urban Decay store, along with an interview with founder Wende Zomnir. It's a really good time to be a UD fan, that's for sure.
