In 2011, Planned Parenthood launched its Women Are Watching campaign. On top of its everyday efforts to protect women's rights and provide healthcare and education to women everywhere, this special faction has a focus on legislation. According to its site, Women Are Watching formed to "put lawmakers and politicians on notice."

Lena Dunham, often the champion of women's rights, created a special T-shirt for the campaign. Now, celebrities are scooping them up and posting Instagrams of themselves wearing the signature top.

Dunham's done us all a favor and compiled some of her favorites on Instagram. Ahead, how celeb women (and men and puppies) are spreading the message that we're watching out for women's rights.
