There's a certain aura ora that permeates around Rita. Whether it's her 3.3 million (and counting) Instagram followers, her unique stage presence, or her fashion-forward sense of style, the singer is just plain cool — in that not-trying-so-hard kind of way. That vibe transcends seamlessly through her collaboration with adidas Originals. "When we were discussing the collaboration, the adidas Originals team assured me we'd get to work closely while being able to put my personal touch on every piece," Ora tells us in an exclusive interview. "And, that's what we did, using inspiration from my music, career, and life."
The first two installments of the collab are already live, but the third and final for the year — consisting of two sections, entitled Spray and Roses — launches November 1. The former is the coziest offering of the lot, inspired by the ombré look Rita can't get enough of. The latter is based on Rita's love of song and nature. "It also had to have significant red in there as an ode to my red lip," she adds.
