That's the question being asked now that Nicki Minaj and her maybe/kinda/sorta boyfriend Safaree Samuels have parted ways, according to TMZ. Minaj has never spoken publicly about her rumored beau, and has actively avoided questions about their relationship in past interviews.
We do know that Samuels served as her personal assistant, executive-produced her album, Roman Reloaded, and often joined Minaj on stage as her hype man. TMZ is reporting that their alleged 14-year relationship came to an end after Samuels became tired of living in Minaj's shadow. The aspiring rapper was hungry for a career of his own, which was in stark contrast to their mutual agreement. The gist of it? Me famous. You not.

TMZ also pointed out that Samuels recently had two Nicki-centric tattoos on his chest covered with brand new ink, which is about as permanent as things get in celebrity splitsville.
Both Minaj and Samuels have yet to comment, but based on their past tendencies, we're not holding our breath. (TMZ)
