Ellen Pompeo, you sly devil, you. Fresh off the news that Mila Kunis welcomed a brand new baby girl on Tuesday, the The Grey's Anatomy star just announced the surprise birth of her own new baby girl, Sienna May Ivery.
No one had the slightest idea that Pompeo was expecting an addition to her family, as the baby was born via surrogate. Pompeo was quick to thank her Grey's family for keeping the secret in their scrubs.
The 44-year-old actress posted a stunning black-and-white photo of her new daughter on WhoSay. "Sienna May Ivery welcome to the world. We love you more than words can say,” read the caption. “Sienna was born via surrogate & I would like to thank my whole @ShondalandTV family for helping us enjoy these first few weeks privately [heart] U.”
Sienna May Ivery is the second child for Pompeo and husband Chris Ivery. Their first daughter, Stella Luna Pompeo Ivery, was born in 2009. (Us Weekly)
