Sure, you're enjoying a relaxing Saturday now, but come tomorrow night you'll be staring down the barrel of yet another grueling Monday morning at the office.
Sir Richard Branson feels your pain. This week, the Virgin Group chairman wrote a missive on his website revealing that all 170 members of his personal staff are allowed to “take off whenever they want for as long as they want.”
Branson took inspiration from Netflix for the policy, which sadly does not apply to the 50,000 Virgin Group staffers working worldwide (sorry, folks). He added that his staffers don't even have to get approval from a manager before booking the days off. (The lucky bastards probably also get mad discounts for Virgin Airlines.)

Of course, Branson's holding his workers accountable before they go running off to the nearest tropical island. He noted that his laid-back vacation policy was based on "the assumption being that they are only going to do it when they feel a 100 percent comfortable that they and their team are up to date on every project and that their absence will not in any way damage the business."
Yeah, yeah, yeah. Somebody hand us a lei and a daiquiri already. (BBC News )
