The model/actor has just moved into Michele's home in the Hollywood Hills. At this rate, they'll be choosing china patterns by Halloween.
In addition to their frequent hikes and picnics, the couple have already vacationed in Italy and Cabo. Clearly, the two — who met on the set of Michele's "On My Way" music video — have been enjoying quite the whirlwind romance.
"They are really happy and they make a great team," a source told People of the Glee star and her beau.
