People has the first look at Brangelina's intimate wedding, and the event was a total family affair, right down to Jolie's bridal attire. The actress donned an ivory satin dress with a ruched bodice and spaghetti straps, which she paired with a full-length veil adorned with colorful illustrations courtesy of Hollywood's new favorite art collective. Their names? Maddox, Zahara, Pax, Shiloh, Knox, and Vivienne Jolie-Pitt.
Jolie's dress and veil were designed by Atelier Versace master tailor Luigi Massi, who also added the children's playful artwork. "Luigi is like family to me and I couldn't imagine anyone else making this dress," Jolie told People. "He knows and cares for the children and it was great fun putting it together."
Beyond working on the dress, the Brangelina six-pack also helped write their parents' vows. Pax, 10, baked the cake before joining 13-year-old Maddox in walking their mother down the aisle. Shiloh, 8, sported a top hat and tie as she played the role of ring bearer with 6-year-old Knox, while 9-year-old Zahara and 6-year-old Vivienne served as flower girls.
While a lot of effort went into Jolie's dress and veil, groom Brad Pitt winged it. The actor forgot to pack a tie and ended up borrowing one from one of his sons. Fortunately, nobody forgot the rings, with the newlyweds exchanging Robert Procop wedding bands.
Cue Hollywood ending. For more details and photos, pick up this week's issue of People, out Wednesday.
