The gift is especially poignant considering the barrage of divorce rumors to which the couple is always being subjected. It's almost as if Portia is saying, "Put that in your pipe and smoke it — across the sky" to the tabloids. The writing's literally on the heavens, and hopefully the press will finally listen up.
