Such is the case with Ye Olde Elevator Incident, a boxed-in battle that saw several of music's most notable figures engage in either a passionate slap fight or an ambitious anti-spider initiative.
Bey's treatment of this mind-blowing moment has been largely reserved and entirely sensible. All families have problems, she said, and she's right.
One thing that all families do not have, however, is the ability to drop a "Flawless" remix featuring Nicki Minaj addressing the issue in a forum that will undoubtedly be heard by millions. "Of course sometimes shit go down when it's a billion dollars on the elevator" is the current party line and, though we can't speak from personal experience, she's probably right.
