Jessica Biel will guest-star in the Fox sitcom's season premiere on September 16. She'll face off against Zooey Deschanel's Jess in her role as Kat, a brainy scientist who happens to be ridiculously beautiful.
Picking up from last season's finale, Jess and the gang will each try to pick up dates at a wedding. Unfortunately for the adorkable star, she and Biel's character will have their sights set on the same man. (Being fought over by Zooey and Jessica? Who is this lucky guy? Justin Timberlake??)
Biel is no stranger to TV; she starred as Mary Camden on '90s/'00s family drama 7th Heaven before moving on to films. Here's hoping her role gets stretched into a nice, long arc on New Girl — or at least a round of True American. (Entertainment Weekly)
