Kris Jenner Debuts A Kardashian Cookbook

Well, this was inevitable: The Kardashians, who refuse to be pigeonholed into designer socks and bronzing palettes, are expanding into new territory — the kitchen. This time, it's the matriarch-turned-momager that's rolling up her sleeves with a new book release: In The Kitchen With Kris, A Kollection of Kardashian-Jenner Family Favorites, out this October. Thank goodness for that.

I've seen more episodes of KUWTK than I care to admit, but I can't say I can recall seeing Kris Jenner enter a kitchen to do anything other than gossip, let alone wield a spatula. But, I might be misinformed. According to the International Business Times, she "makes a mean grilled cheese sandwich" that's popular with grandkids Mason and Penelope, and she gets a ton of requests from her friends for various recipes — all of which have made their way into the book. The hardcover boasts almost 300 pages, so even if you're not dog-earing Jenner's must-have entertainment tips for the holiday season, it'll make for a great coffee table staple.
