Last month was not a good month for women's rights. The Supreme Court ruled in favor of Hobby Lobby, which means employers can deny their employees birth control coverage. Fox News host Jesse Watters described the single women upset by this decision as "Beyoncé voters." If Saturday Night Live has taught us anything, it's that you simply don't mess with Queen B.
This time, the Beygency takes the form of a Tumblr. Beyoncé Voters combines the singer's lyrics with images of politicians. The message here is an invisible middle finger to Watters and anyone else who makes assumptions about all the single ladies and their beliefs. It's also just for a bit of fun. Who doesn't want to see Obama and Biden in the backseat of a car with the caption "Me and my boo in my boo's coupe ridin?"
