In case you've been slacking off on reading your celebrity weeklies, "him" is Snow Patrol rocker Johnny McDaid. The couple both took to Twitter yesterday to announce their engagement. The 50-year-old actress started dating the Northern Irish musician last fall after being set up by his then-housemate, singer Ed Sheeran. (Guess who gets our vote for best man?)

This will be the second marriage for Cox, who officially divorced David Arquette last year; the two have a 10-year-old daughter, Coco. Arquette and his girlfriend, Christina McLarty, welcomed son, Charlie, this spring.

Our money's on Jennifer Aniston playing maid of honor. And, no doubt there will be a seriously awesome wedding band. You can't marry a guy from Snow Patrol and settle for a cheesy DJ on your big night. (ABC News)
