It seems as though it's impossible for Tina Fey and Amy Poehler not to have a blast when they're together. See Exhibit A: the set of their new movie The Nest. Fey and Poehler recently started shooting the comedy in Pearl River, New York, a hamlet about 20 miles north of the city. And the first images from the production look like a rollicking good time.
The flick, which is Fey and Poehler's first together since 2008's Baby Mama, stars the two BFFs as grown sisters who return to their childhood home. Shortly after arrival, they learn it's up for sale, commencing a weekend full of hijinks. There are no details about this particular scene, but it appears that Tina and Amy are taking their hometown by storm — by way of this bitchin' Chevy. But basically, all we know is that they're in a car. Still, if pictures could talk, this one would say, "This movie's going to be awesome."
The Nest also stars Maya Rudolph (!!), John Leguizamo, James Brolin, and The Mindy Project's Ike Barinholtz, so expect even more hilarity from the set.
