Elle Fanning is just a girl, standing in front of a boy, asking him to love her embellished Prada flatform sandals, revealed the June/July issue of Teen Vogue. Not only did the 16-year-old Maleficent actress nab the cover, she was interviewed by editor-in-chief Amy Astley, a self-described "superfan."
Fanning makes mention of her cherished Barbie calendar and Angelina Jolie's cheekbones, but let's cut right to the juicy part: boys. "I want a boy to like my weird style," she says. "If he doesn't, then he's not the right person for me. Because if you start dressing one way and it's not truly you, then you have to stick to it. Otherwise, you wear your weird thing and then he's like, 'What's that?' and you're like, 'Well, I like it!' And then you are in an uncomfortable situation."
As if experiencing a certain level of discomfort from your Prada flatforms wasn't enough. She also divulges her hoarder-like tendencies, sharing, "I save gum wrappers. Like, I have thousands of Double Bubble and Bazooka. I put them all in a Chanel shoe box." As one does. (Teen Vogue)
