For all of his great qualities (that hair, those dimples, being royal), it seems that Prince Harry isn't exactly up on the latest trends. After all, the guy just sent out his very first tweet today. That's right, the hip, in-the-know, 29-year-old Prince Harry had never tweeted before.
He decided to finally jump on the Twitter train in honor of the Invictus Games, a paralympic-style competition featuring injured servicemen and women. The missive, sent from the @InvictusLondon account, went as follows: "Hope everyone will get behind #InvictusGames. Great opportunity to support and thank the men and women who have given so much. Harry."
In a self-deprecating — and completely Harry-like — fashion, the prince typed the tweet in front of a crowd, even joking about his slow pace. "That's why I joined the Army," he said. "I can't type fast." (People)
